About this project
Specialising only in second charges, The Second Mortgage Company enjoys access to over 600 loan products via an extensive panel of banks and specialist lenders. Second mortgage loans of between £10,000 and £2.5 million can be arranged for most legal purposes, from funding an extension build to raising finance for business, in just two to three weeks.
Outcome
We devleoped a new brand, designed and build website and created ads for Facebook and managed a Facebook ad campaign for 2 months. The purpose of the campaign was to drive traffic to website. The campaign drove 40k Video Views and 93% increase in website traffic.
